The home is In a great part of Gloucester and within 10 minutes of the M5's J11a. Just a few minutes walk to countryside, a supermarket, pub, takeaway and bus routes.

Your room is clean and modern and has the following:

* Simba mattress
* 42” 4K TV with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime
* Double mirrored wardrobe
* Two bed side tables and lamps including optional smart lighting

* All bills and house cleaning
* Use of washer, tumble dryer and dishwasher
* Access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime in your bedroom and lounge

* 1000mbps broadband. Wired connection in room.

You would be living with three other people. Two bedrooms are upstairs (including yours). The other bedroom is a garage conversion downstairs with two people in.

Rent to be paid at the start of the month via standing order. No smokers, drugs or pets please. Ideally no students but I’m open depending on personality and maturity.

£300 security deposit to be paid upfront. Room rental agreement document to also be agreed and signed.
