Single room to let

Hi, I’m a 53 yer old with a 19 year old son. Although the room is a single the rest of the house is spacy, comfortable and relaxed. I do smoke which will be important to a lot of people these days. I work away 2 days in every 6 and my son regularly stays at his girlfriend’s house and also works late into the night 4 nights a week, so you will find you have the house to yourself quite a lot. We have 2 cats, Charlie and Ernie so you will need to be a cat lover. We are looking for a quiet person as this is our sanctuary and where we come to relax and repair! The current room picture shows it as it is right now, just my spare room, and would be furnished and decorated to your personal needs. I would also consider short term stays if you are in Bristol for work purposes. The Bristol to Bath cycle track is just up the road and I have a garage to store a bike. There is the no. 42 bus stop 1 minute from my house which takes you to Bristol and the Bath bus also runs from a stop 5 minutes walk away. I live a mile from the Golden Valley Nature Reserve, so I’m very close to a rural area. I have a horse that lives there so I’m down there for a while every day. We get beautiful sunsets from the house and it’s a lovely home to spend time in. Send me a message and we can chat and see if it could work out.
