I currently have 2 rooms to rent in my property. I am looking for a short term let for around 6 - 9 months. Will also have shorter let’s minimum 1 month. We live in a quiet cul de sac, with friendly neighbours. all bills included in the rent .

I am a single professional woman, I am a polite respectful person, chatty and also respectful of people’s personal space. I have a chow chow called maya shes very quiet, and a calm temperament very friendly, spends a lot of time outside and wouldn’t even know she’s there, and a tortoise called sheldon. Occupants must be okay with pets

House situated in Warmley
15 min drive to Bath city centre, 22 min drive to Bristol city centre . Good bus routes to both bath and Bristol located a short walk from the house. 9 min drive from Keynsham train station.
I have a large driveway, 1 vehicle per room.
Has a garage for extra storage. Also have a 3rd dressing room which can be used for extra storage for clothing etc
Both rooms share the bathrooom, I have my own.
Shared living room and large open conservatory with furnishings and a downstairs toilet and open plan kitchen, plenty of room for cooking.
Washing machine and dishwasher
Large garden with a hot tub (welcome to use anytime)
