I am 33 year old female, living in landlord looking for a housemate. Preferably a woman.
It is a 3 bed house, occupied only by one person. I would like to have only one housemate, at the moment only for a few months but it may possibly change.
I like pets but I don’t have one, so I am happy if you want to move in with your pet as long as it is well behaved and clean (sadly if it’s a spider - even if it’s the nicest spider in the world I will have to say no ;) ).
Bedroom is unfurnished. I currently use it as my office as I work from home 4 days a week. I may be able to provide some basic furniture if needed.
I am vegetarian, but I’m ok if you are not.
I like having friends over for lunch/dinner, preferably no alcohol.
