We’re a young professional couple , aged 30–32 and working full time, looking for a student/professional, non-smoker, non-alcoholic, clean and conscientious housemate (female only) for longterm renting (minimum 6months and renewable on expiry of contract)

🏡 About the house:
It’s a 3 bed room terraced family house. One room for renting out is situated in downstairs and other one is upstairs. Both the room is full of lights and spacious and comes with a double glazed window and well ventilation facilities.
It’s a furnished double bed room comes with double bed with bedside cabinet, mattress, wardrobe and desk. The tenant will have full use of the newly fully fitted kitchen (Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob and cookware, utensils etc). The room also comes with a refurbished bathroom in upstairs with 3 piece modern suits and a generous green garden at back with a small alleyway.
There is a nice driveway comes with EV charging point which is also available for tenants for using car parking. If the tenants want to avail the EV charging facilities that can be agreed subject to discussion.
The property is 14 minutes walk to the Gallaghar Retail Park (Boots, JD, M&S, Starbucks & lots of stores) and supermarkets like ASDA, ALDI and LIDL and only 7 minutes away from Newton Road local bus stops where buses no 42,43,44 and 19 are very frequent for commuting to City Centre and UWE Bristol Frenchay Campus.
