Double room in countryside location with views

I have a double room ideal for a professional to use during the week. There is also another room that can be used as a separate living space, as well as a wet room on the ground floor that will be allocated to the lodger. The house has a big open plan living/dining space with a shared kitchen. There is a conservatory and large rear garden.

I work from home a lot but am very easy going and have previously had lodgers in past homes. I have Gigaclear ultrafast broadband. There is washing machine and tumble dryer on the property.
