Double room in countryside location (Mon-Fri only)

I have a double room ideal for a professional to use during the week instead of using a hotel or Airbnb. There is a wet room on the ground floor that will be allocated to the lodger. The house has a big open plan living/dining space with a shared kitchen. There is a conservatory and large rear garden.

I work from home a lot but am very easy going and have previously had lodgers in past homes. I have Gigaclear ultrafast broadband. There is washing machine and tumble dryer on the property. I have an EV charger which can be used for an additional cost. Lodger must be clean and tidy, and non smoker.
