Spacious double bedroom in a quiet house

We are looking for (ideally) professionals to share a large house with plenty of garden space. Large communal kitchen/living room, and shared bathroom + toilet. Rooms are large and full of light.

All utilities bills are included in the rent, and fast internet is also included. Council tax is also included as well as other expenses (gas, water, electricity, etc).
There is parking space outside the house and in near vicinity.

The location is at 5' from Chipping Campden, 15' from Evesham and 20' from Stratford-upon-avon, with the closest train station being at about 5' drive.

We require a well behaved and respectfull person, we don't mind about gender or profession.

We are male professionals working a lot so not very present in the house. We are tidy, clean and not noisy, so we require the same from other housemates.

Both short term and long term are accepted.
