Access to a tranquil private and peaceful garden, great transport links to Cheltenham which is just a 15-20min drive away depending on which part you need to get to.

Pear Tree House is just a short walk away from shops, lovely cafes, a deli, a gym, and some fantastic pubs.

There is also a lovely park with an outdoor gym and a lovely running circuit.

I am a textile designer & illustrator and my partner is a Software Sales Engineer. We are easy to get along with & pretty laid back.
