Newly refurbished double room

I have my newly refurbished double room available to rent, with the new carpet smell and bespoke fitted wardrobes. The room is fully furnished and can move in as is, or there is room for a few bits of your own furniture should you want to put your own touch.
Also a wall mounted tv can be fitted if you’d like.

The house is detached in a quiet cul-de-sac in Winchcombe with lovely views.

My house is gradually being renovated by myself, so the house is still a work in progress - it’s not a construction site, just being modernised from its previous style.

You must be a dog lover, I have 2 dogs and also look after my friends dogs.

I travel a lot so the house will be regularly be for sole use, so for long periods you will have a whole house for the price of a room! :)

Extra benefit is that the house comes with a weekly cleaner.
