I currently have an employee from Renishaw staying with me but have had several in the past. Likewise it would suit a professional person too. BAE, Rolls Royce, Oldbury Power Station, Airbus all within easy commute of approx 20 mins.

Lovely comfortable double room with separate small kitchen area and shower room. The modern kitchen area includes large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and lots cupboard space. Shower room is really nicely decorated with wash hand basin, toilet, shower and heated towel rail.

The bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobes, desk, bedside table and large TV and has external French doors for sole access.

Bedding and towels can also be provided if required.

I am friendly, easy going and very flexible with a similarly friendly cat.

My home is kept clean and tidy. All bills are included with unlimited fibre optic wifi/broadband available at no extra charge.

It is situated in a lovely village in Wotton-under-Edge and all amenities including dentist, doctors, chemist, supermarkets, pubs, swimming pool, leisure centre, restaurants, churches etc are all less than 20 mins walk away.

Bristol is approximately 15 minutes drive and Gloucester about 25 minutes drive.

Parking can be arranged if required but on road parking very close always available.

I am ideally looking for someone for part week stays, but I am flexible and will consider including all week stays and other arrangements to suit your requirements.

I will also have a separate double room available soon which has almost sole use of bathroom.
