I'm a 64yr old chilled out female. single room available in a three bed end terrace house, single bed, parking, garage for storage. chest freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and microwave

shared lounge with TV, very fast broadband

no smoking indoors, there is a garden & covered area with patio heater.

sorry no shift workers or people working from home please as i am home during the day

bus stop two mins away, main shopping centre less that ten minutes walk through short cut from the rear garden and train station is a 20 mins walk.

I enjoy walking, listening to live music, computing & travel.

There is an occasional visiting small friendly dog (hypoallergenic) with the odd stay for a week or so a couple of times a year.

please note that UWE is a long way from Yate and the buses are infrequent.
