Two double bedrooms in leafy area in lovely small modern eco home

Hi i’m an Aussie with a double bedroom at the rear of a three bed home. The overlooking the back garden. The home is only ten years old. There is plenty of street parking available. The home is situated down the road from two lovely local pubs. Also located just a block away from the train station with direct trains to Bristol and MoDs abbey wood. There is a major bus stop a short walk away as well. The room has a good sized double bed with large wardrobe and a set of draws. No TV unfortunately.

The property is just a short walk to both Yate and Chipping Sodbury’s centres where you will find great cafés restaurants shopping and supermarkets.

I prefer a female as i find them quieter, cleaner and just find i get along with women better. I’d much prefer a vegetarian too as i am. Most of the time i am at my girlfriends house (generally two days a week i’m home, except to get a few things) although i do come home to work nowadays.
