A newly built single room is available in a fully furnished house in the Yate area (BS37).

The nearest bus stop is just 0.1 miles away, and the nearest train station (Yate) is 2 miles away.

This rental is for non-smokers only.

Students must provide a letter from their university. Professionals must submit their payslips from the last three months and a letter confirming their employment status.
