1 large double bedroom with own bathroom & floor

I am renting out a large double room with your own bathroom.

The bedroom is located 2nd floor and I am 3rd floor however my home office is your floor so that’s the only time I’ll be on your floor and I’ll shut the door.

I am happy to include the wardrobe, potentially some draws, and make up dresser or remove it all for you.

I do work from home Monday - weds and Fridays and don’t want anyone who works from home too often as enjoy my space .

The price includes the room, bathroom , kitchen and occasional access to the living room but I do like my own space on an evening.

The other spare room I dry the clothes in and there is a spare desk and chair.

£650 is inclusive of WiFi, council tax, sky, gas , electric, and all bills and cleaning products.

Parking is street parking but right outside.

Large garden with back gate access.

You can use the garage to store a bike.

Happy to consider a short term let on a monthly basis or 6-12 months or Monday to Friday £500pcm

Open to offers and flexible for the right person.

Dont want kids or partners staying over as this is just a a room to rent 🙂
