Single room to let for vegan or Veggie in BS37 .

Hi, I have a single room to let in between Chipping Sodbury and Yate (female preferred please)
furnished with desk, chair, wardrobe , drawers and bedside table .

Short term let preferred although longer term could be discussed.

Ideal for a student /international student who doesn’t mind living just outside of Bristol and commuting in .

We are situated between chipping Sodbury and Yate .(BS37)

There are pretty good public transport links . Buses every 15 mins to Bristol centre . (Takes 30 min)
A direct bus to UWE .
Trains every 1/2 hour from Yate station. ( 8 mins to parkway 10 mins to Filton Abbey Wood (UWE) and 15 to Bristol temple meads . 45 mins to Bath )
lock ups for cycles at Yate station or you can take bikes on the train

There is a small wood at the top of the road which connects to chipping sodbury village where there are plenty of eateries and pubs .
There is a Cinema , Nando’s , leisure centre /gyms and pool just 10 mins walk in yate centre
.there are 4 major supermarkets also within 10 mins walk.

My self and one housemate live here presently . 3 cats and a small dog also reside here. So Animal lovers only please :)

We a a fairly quiet household most of the time although my kids/grandkids sometimes visit

It is a small room which would be ideal for short term or Monday to Friday .

Lockable garage for bikes etc.
there is a driveway for one car plus parking Directly outside the property

My housemate and I are both Vegan so looking to share with another Vegan or vegetarian .
We all share household cleaning between us
Which has always worked really well
There is a dishwasher which does make life easier :)
