Hello, My name is Gareth and this is my property in Yate. I have available for rent 2 large double bedrooms in my recently renovated property. The property is situated in a cul-de-sac very close to the town centre.

The property has parking for 3 vehicles and has a large garden. Large kitchen & Dining room.

I work nights and often work away so I'll only be staying at the property a few nights per week. Generally pretty busy so if I'm not sleeping I will more than likely not be at the property.

I'm looking to sell the property soon but as I'm yet to find a buyer the rooms will be available to Rent. As per the Ad the "maximum" availability is 4 months. If the property doesn't sell then the tenancy can be continued on a rolling basis should you wish.

The ideal lodger will be a professional, clean and tidy, trustworthy and honest.

As you can see in the photos and advert, it is unfurnished. I'm happy to furnish with basics if necessary. Additionally, there is no cooker, fridge or washing machine. These are appliances that I will get before the end of May.
