Spacious Double Room in Friendly Family Home

We’ve got a spacious, newly renovated room available in our home, which we share with our two lovely kids (aged 3 and 10) and a few very chilled cats who mostly do their own thing.

The house is in a great spot: less than five minutes’ walk to Yate train station, ten minutes to the town centre, and just a short drive to UWE and Abbey Wood MOD. We also have the Y1/Y2 bus stops within 30 seconds of the house.

We back straight onto Yate Common – perfect for walks, runs, or a game of tennis on the nearby courts (10 seconds from the garden).

Although we’ve got two kids, they’re not with us full time – most of the day they’re either at school, nursery or with their other parents/Nanny, so the house is often pretty quiet.

The room itself is bright, spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, comfy sofa and dressing table. If you’ve got your own furniture, we’re happy to store what’s there – it’s flexible.

You’ll also have access to:

We’re a laid-back, friendly household, and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit in and feel at home.
