Lovely Room in Friendly House Share with Garden

Double room available in a quiet residential area of Yate. The rent is £585 per month with all bills included. The room is available immediately!

The house is shared with two professional males in their late 20s and early 30s, originally from Spain and Honduras. We speak both English and Spanish at home. We’re easy-going and friendly, and we’re looking for someone with a similar vibe.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and blackout curtains. It has plenty of natural light and views over a green area. Additional storage is available in a spare room, the loft, and the garage.

If you need any extra furniture – such as a desk, chest of drawers, or anything else to make the room more comfortable – we’re happy to provide it!

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, washing machine), a shared bathroom, and kitchen-dining space. There is no dishwasher. There are two gardens: one suitable for relaxing, gardening or barbecues, and a second one with a more decorative use. Free street parking is available and there is a bus stop 3 minutes away with regular service to Bristol.

Shops and services are within a 15-minute walk, including several major supermarkets such as Tesco Extra, Lidl, and Morrisons. There's also a pharmacy, post office, gym, GP practice, cafés, takeaways, and various restaurants nearby. Everything you need for day-to-day living is easy to reach on foot, and Yate Shopping Centre is close by with even more stores and amenities. Also there's some nice green areas and parks to take a small walk super close!

We are looking for a clean, responsible and respectful housemate. Smoking is not allowed inside the house in line with the tenancy agreement.
