Bedroom offered in Yate in a four Bedroom house. You would be sharing with a live - in male as the only housemate (I am posting this as I've moved out of the property as the other co-owner). The property benefits from a large garden, a garage you can use for storage if required and a good sized communal living area.
The Bedroom is offered unfurnished but some furniture can be purchased if required and the bathroom is shared.
Will, the live-in landlord works full time in Landscaping and enjoys keeping active, watching movies, dog walking and seeing friends and family. This is not a party house and the house has been recently re-furnished.
Local amenities include a local bus stop and train station and a large local shopping centre within a 5 minute drive.
Viewings are welcome in the evening and on the weekend.
