Bedroom available in a second floor flat in Yate, South Gloucestershire. I am the owner of the property and am looking to rent out the spare room.

The property offers great links for public transport for those needing to travel out of Yate. At the end of the street you will find both the train station and bus stops. Trains run both North to Gloucester and beyond and South Bristol. For those that it applies for, The M. O. D site at Filton Abbey Wood is only 10 minutes by train. There is also a regular bus service into Bristol.

The room offers a single bed with space for belongings in an alcove type wardrobe and a set of drawers. The flat is fully furnished and wifi is available. All the usual domestic amenities available you would expect in any accommodation. Washing Machine, Dish washer, fridge freezer, bath + overhead Shower, microwave etc. I have strorage heaters and there are even heated floor tiles in the bathroom! There is no gas just electric.

To the front of the property is Yate Common, a large open plain that offers a good place for a walk or run. The local shops aren't far away with the leisure centre, local doctors/minor injuries centre close by. There is plenty of choice for supermarkets within a short drive too.

I am ideally looking for someone who is tidy, has a positive attitude and can produce positive references.
