Double Bedroom In Yate

Hi guys, Young family looking to rent out a room. Our kids aren't the quietest 🤣
Double room available from February. The house is located in yate, growing rapidly(restaurants pubs and coffee shops). Yate has great transport links inc a bus stop right outside the house, a train station 5-10 minutes walk, there is also a bus station in yate shopping centre which is again 10 minute walk. The room is upstairs. There is a shared bathroom. There is a washing machine/microwave/oven in the kitchen. We have a garden, fast WIFI. Double room available for £500/month (all bills included) £500 deposit and 1-month rent is required in advance. We are looking for friendly/tidy/hygienic individuals.
