Furnished double room with King bed to rent in a two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, 5 mins walk to Alperton station (Piccadilly line) and 12 mins walk to Hanger Lane (Central line) and moments away from Sainsbury and Lidl supermarket. It’s not an ensuite as this bathroom will be used when I have guests, which is rare. It’s mostly yours.
The flat comprises of an open plan lounge/modern kitchen with access to balcony. Both the apartment and the building come with dual entry security system.
The bedroom comes with a king size bed and a tall wardrobe. Water softener is installed to look after our hair, skin and clothes.
Bills- electricity, council tax, wifi, heating, and water will be split into 2. Bills work out to around £150 per person per month.
It’s a quiet atmosphere at the flat as I work Monday to Friday from office and weekends are mostly quiet and relaxing to recharge. Would prefer a professional (preferably between the age group - 35 to 43) who is clean, friendly, respects privacy and personal space and is looking for a home rather than just a place to lodge. Work from home is not preferred to ensure we both have personal space.
