Hey I’ve lived here alone for about a year and and a half. The development is super nice & peaceful. Neighbours are lovely & so is the concierge I’m rarely at home these days so looking to rent out my spare bedroom. It’s fully furnished including a make up stand with Hollywood style mirror, wardrobe etc.
🛁 you would have the big bathroom with a bath. Everything in this flat is GOOD sized. Not like most new builds or UNCLE developments where you can only fit one 🍑 cheek in the bath & have your knees by your chin. There is space & room to BREATHE here.

🚗 to drive into central it takes me about 20-25mins and it’s all dual carriage way so it’s a very convenient drive. No awkward little alleyways or being stuck in traffic
🚶🏻♀️ To walk to Wembley Stadium is about 15mins
🛒 There is also a brand new decent size Co-Op
In the building. Which I just treat like a downstairs fridge lol
💪🏼 There’s also an Anytime Fitness gym (also new) in the building.
I also have a treadmill/walking pad in the living room which you’d of course be welcome to use - I’ve used it about twice 🥲
The flat has everything you need of course as it is a home. So things like an airfryer, Neapresso Cofee Machine, Nutribullet etc.
💃🏻 🥞 The development is right by the canal, there’s an amazing Creperie on a boat & the building management put on weekly events for the residents. We have performances by the canal singers etc, we also have various food stalls/vans come to the development once a week. So overall it really is an incredible place to live! We’re super close to central but without any of the stress, hassle, traffic & tourists.
💰 I’ve got very lucky with rent so it’s considerably cheaper than for most. Usually a 2 bed flat here is around £2,800 + bills.
