Hi! I’m looking for a clean and reliable tenant for my property in Alperton. Property is new, has lift and it very close to the Piccadilly line station, Central line is 15 minutes walk. Lidl and Sainsbury’s 5 minutes away. Flat is fully furnished (including kitchen and decorations) and has convenient utility room. Short let available (at least 4 months with rent adjustment). Price includes service charge and council tax. Bills are around £150 per month.
