The property is in Alperton, Wembley, a 4 minute walk from Alperton tube Stn. (Piccadilly line). 483 goes to Ealing and Harrow). Wembley Central Overland Trains and Bakerloo line is a mile away as is Hanger Lane (Central line). There are two night buses (483 and 297).

Rent includes reasonable use of energy, TV, 5G broadband with "3". Basic household things (loo rolls etc.) and all usual bills. There are 2 bathrooms, central heating and a garden. There is a gym opposite Alperton tube Stn (£24 monthly contract). Many local shops, restaurants and takeaways. Sainsbury supermarket is a ten minute walk, and Lidl supermarket 5 minutes. A cleaner attends every two weeks to hoover bedroom carpets and clean bathrooms, kitchen and common parts.
