I currently have available a lovely spacious one bedroom available in a two bedroom flat, with it's own bathroom. I am looking for someone who values a true home from home feeling and is easy to get a long with.

I currently work as a physiotherapist in the NHS and privately so I am very busy and spend most of my time outside the home in the week.

The flat is located in the highly desirable leafy suburbs of Arkley barnet, just a 10minute walk from High Barnet and close to High Barnet station. The flat is a new build with it's own entry phone system and communal gardens

I'm looking for someone warm and friendly who I can share my flat with and would encourage anyone wanting to view the property to use spare room messaging for contact.
