Double room available for short term in a homely house. It's laid back and peaceful. Empathy and warmth is very important to me.

I have one lodger, my teenage daughter and a cat. Sometimes my 83 year old mother visits me and stays over on weekends and during my work holidays. I am a teacher
My room and the other lodger's room is upstairs. He has his own mini kitchen upstairs. My daughter's room and the other spare room is on ground floor.

Happy to video call to show home. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures.
I apologize, we don't have pork in the home. That is the only annoying flaw I have. Apologies, someone who has lived with landlords/ house shares before and no students please as it has been difficult cleaning up after them.
