Working professionals preferred. All bills included. In the room is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hanging wardrobe. Two free washes per week using my washing machine. Free Wi-fi. No free parking as you need a parking permit from the council. Sky TV (free channels).
Please provide photocopies of the following: passport, driving licence, ID/BRP Card, work/university acceptance letter, 1 mth bank statement, 1 mth payslip. Mthly rent payments by bank transfer on 1st of each month. Cash not permitted.
