3 bed house close to tube

Hi, I am looking for a housemates for a lovely, large 3 bed house.

The first double bedroom which is back garden facing and has fitted wardrobes. Comes with a double bed, bedside cabinets. Would be suitable for a couple.

The second double bedroom which is front facing and has fitted wardrobes. Comes with double bed, bedside cabinets. Would be suitable for a couple.

The third room is a single UNFURNISHED room.

The entire house is available for sharing including a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a lovely newly fitted bathroom (with rainfall shower). Outside there is a large garden to enjoy with grass and a patio area.

In the garden is a fully powered, wifi enabled office which can be used as an office or gym. NO guests are allowed to sleep in this the garden outhouse.

I have lived here for 8 years and renovated the house to a standard of ownership rather than renting and I hope the new housemate will also treat it like that. The nearest tube is Upney which is a brisk 5 minutes or a leisurely 7 minutes walk. Barking station is more like 15 minutes walk. I cycle to work in Moorgate which takes me around 50 minutes.

The street (and area) is very residential with a row of around 10 shops up the road which has a couple of takeaways and shops as well hairdressers, launderettes and a flower shop.

Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy housemates who will enjoy the house as much as I do and treat it like their own.

Possible housemate will need to meet both myself and current housemates before we agree to ensure all parties are happy!

To be clear, my family and I live here currently but we are moving out.
