Double room available in a brand-new flat in Barking, just 10 minutes by bus from Barking Station. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, and it's only a two-minute walk to the nearest shopping area. You will be sharing the flat with the landlord, a civil servant who mainly works from home.

Please note that I am only looking for:

One person only.
Someone clean and tidy who leaves the place as they found it, and someone who prefers a quiet environment.
Someone comfortable with sharing the kitchen and bathroom.
Someone trustworthy.
No parking facilities.
