Hi, I am a single mother with three well behaved kids all under 16 years; living in a five bedroom house (with a spare room for a lodger). I am a teacher by profession. You will be welcomed into a lovely clean home and a friendly family (who do their own thing so won't get in your way) and your requests will be met wherever possible.
Area is clean, green and a friendly neighbourhood. With amenities of Upney station, bus stop, park etc all one minute away. Ideal for a university student or working in areas of London.
Can get a permit for road if you drive. Any nationality/ religion is welcome!
Fully furnished attic room has natural light and own shower room with toilet (of good size and with plenty of storage) on the same floor. You room has a desk/wardrobe/side drawers/built in internal storage and wifi. The room next to yours will have a child (mostly up there when sleeping only)…Kitchen is clean and available to use for cooking/storage etc with own small fridge, basic appliances, washing machine and cupboard (with no time restrictions etc). Welcome to sit in garden and hang washing etc. Am looking for a female only; someone who respects cleanliness, quiet, privacy, and is responsible and independent. Any questions; feel free to ask. Note; you are welcome to speak to my previous lodger to get their experience; she is moving as she is getting married, otherwise "would not want to leave".
