Area is clean, green and a friendly neighbourhood. With amenities of Upney station, bus stop, park etc all one minute away. Ideal for a university student or working in areas of London.
Can get a permit for road if you drive.
Fully furnished attic room is brand new, with natural light and own shower room and toilet on the same floor. It has a desk/wardrobe/side drawers/built in internal storage and wifi. The room next to yours will have a child (mostly up there when sleeping only)…Kitchen is clean and available to use for cooking/storage etc. Am looking for a female; someone who respects cleanliness, quiet, privacy, and is responsible and independent.
