My brother is leaving the country and I’m looking for someone friendly and sociable to join our happy home 😊.

It is located 3 minutes’ walk from Barking station offering London Underground and National Rail services. Within 5-10 minutes’ walk, residents will enjoy the easy access to several local amenities including:

Our home is a clean one and we intend to keep it that way so cleanliness is a must -please no dirty dishes or laundry everywhere. Your housemate, Campbell, is a 28-year-old 3D Modeller who enjoys painting and taking the house dog, Amber, on walks. We are looking for a fun, laid back, dog loving person to join our home. We enjoy socialising and having a laugh together but we are respectful of each others individual space. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Interviews will be held for all lodgers.

The room is free from the 1st October. To secure a room, we will need the following: -

1. 1 calendar month rent @ £1,300
2. 1 month deposit @ £1,300
