We enjoy socialising and having a laugh together but we are respectful of each others individual space. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Interviews will be held for all lodgers.
The room is free from the 1st October. To secure a room, we will need the following: -
1. 1 calendar month rent @ £1,250
2. 1 month deposit @ £1,250
