The apartment is fully furnished and decorated, with an amazing balcony view. The room has a cupboard, desk, chair and double bed with storage.

I am an accountant currently working at the big 4. I am looking for someone that is fairly tidy and a working professional.

The apartment has two bathrooms. My room is an en-suite therefore you will have access to the second bathroom which I don’t use. This is only used if I have guests over which is rare. If you would like the en-suite room I would be happy to offer this for an additional £100 per month in which case I would take the room that is currently advertised. Both rooms are the same size and have the same set-up.

- By train, from Barking Station, 14 minutes to Westfield City, 16 minutes to the O2, 18 minutes to Canary Wharf and 24 minutes to The City.
