I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to take on the other room.
The flat comes furnished including white appliances.
Regarding the room, it is a furnished double room with bed, mattress, bedsides tables and a wardrobe. Also, you'll have your own bathroom (bath-tube)/toilet.

The flat comes with a balcony and communal areas such as a beautiful garden, kids playground, a resident gym and WFH hub.

• WiFi around £17 each per month.
• Electricity & Water are based on our consumption.
• Council tax around £76 each per month.
• Reference check needed. Any adverse credit will be an issue.
• Need to earn 30x the monthly rent on annual income.
• One year contract.
• Female only
• No couple

Transports wise :
- You'll be 10/15min walk from Barking station
or a 5min bus ride from the flat (the bus stop is literally downstairs).
- There's also another bus that can take you to East Ham station in 10min.

From Barking station you can get :
- The C2C, 15min to Fenchurch Street
- District, Hammersmith & City line for about 20/25min to Central London or 15min from Stratford Westfield
- And the overground.

There's plenty shops around for groceries such as Tesco, ASDA, Lidl, Poundland, DuneLM.. for your groceries.
We've also got a McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks and Nandos.

A bit about me : I'm Koenig, 26 years old and moved here 3 years ago now.
I'm very down to earth, enjoy socializing, meeting new people and going out. Big passionate of volleyball and football lover. I barely miss a game haha. I do love traveling or doing weekends gateway so if you're down for this, let's go !
However, I'm also balanced and enjoy my own company.

I'm looking for someone I can get along with but more importantly, someone RESPECTFUL, CLEAN & TIDY. I'll never repeat it enough but I can't live in the dirt or be after you to remind you to clean or to not be loud !!! I've been patient before but respect and being neat can't be discussed, especially if you're living with someone else :)

NB : I'm WFH and go in the office once or twice a week. I’ll therefore appreciate someone understanding and quiet who doesn't bring people over every week.
