Due to the rising costs and increased mortgage rates (Boring adult stuff, I know!), I am looking for a lodger in my spare bedroom, as my current lodger is looking to move out ASAP.
Location:
East London, Barking. Zone 4 - 10 minute walk from the station.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, WFH desk space and soon to have a 32” inch tv wall mounted for you.
The property is a 2 bed and 2 bathroom flat so you will also have your own private bathroom.
The living area is a high spec with 55 inch wall mounted tv, fireplace, Dyson Airblade and more.
Property:
The property has all the mod-cons (Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc). There is also a cleaner once a fortnight which, as well as all your bills (Council Tax, Netflix, Super fast Wi-Fi etc) is included in the rent.
There is also a private balcony with, I’ll be honest, one of the best views of the London city from the 11th floor.
Me:
Myself - I am a working professional currently in the office 3 days a week and WFH Mondays and Fridays.
I like to work out, keep myself in shape, eat healthy and do yoga. I’m a very chilled out individual who, for the most part, keeps themselves to themselves but will always be up for meeting for a drink after work.
