Double Room Available In East London

Hey girls,

I have one bedroom left in this beautiful 5 bedroom house in Barking (IG11) right next to the station - district line takes only 30/40 minutes to get into central london.

You will be sharing the bathroom with just one other girl on the top floor.

The house is brand new and we have been living here for 6 months. One of the girls is moving out so need someone else to take her room.

Rent is £750 excluding bills so all together £850/875 a month.

Requirements:
25+
Professional (prefably one that doesn’t work from home) with income of 27,000+
Must have work and home references (even if live at home)
Must be clean
No crazy parties
No pets
Long term preferably

We all get along and watch eastenders and married at first sight together when eating and cooking as the kichen and living area is one but sometimes can go the whole weekrnd not bumping into each other

We want someone who will treat this place as their home tidy up if they see mess etc
