A lovely spacious double bedroom (16m2), currently also being used as a living and working from home room. I am currently a live-in landlord in this room, looking to move out and be closer to work. You will have a separate bathroom for your own use only (bathroom is not inside the room, but separate).

Main advantages of the area:
a) <5min walk from Upney station with links to District line (~30min to City).
b) <5min walk from Barking hospital
c) Quiet residential area
d) Co-op shop 5 mins walk away, with larger Lidl, Asda and Tescos a bit further away
e) <5min from Mayesbrook park, which also has a Leisure centre.

What you will get with the house:
a) Bedroom will have included the sofas, the cupboards for the clothes that you see in the photos, the main TV shown in the photo, the working desk, chairs, the bed & mattress and complimentary sheets (unless you have and want to keep your own), a larger mirror, and a large sliding doors wardrobe (not shown in photos)
b) The kitchen is shared with the other flatmates. However, you will have your own small fridge/freezer and allocated cupboards. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need including: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample pots/pans/cutlery etc.
c) The bathroom is for your own use only and is located in the ground floor.
d) Drying room next to the bathroom, for communal use
e) Large garden for communal use, with shed, table, chairs and BBQ equipment.
f) A cupboard for hanging clothes in the ground floor
g) Some storage space in the garage
e) Cleaning of communal areas from professional cleaner every two weeks (included in the price), with the option of cleaning your own room/bathroom at additional cost (current tenants do this for their own rooms)

Current tenants are professional people who have been living with me for >2years. I am looking for a professional and reliable person for this room. All bills are included in the asking price for the room, so no additional cost. Currently asking for a minimum of 6months contract, but the longer the contract the better. The current contracts with other tenants have a 1 month notice period, so it will be similar in your case. I will need some sort of proof of your income.

Price requested is £1,000 pcm including bills for single occupant. +£100 pcm for couples, +£100 pcm if parking also required.
