New flatmate needed

I am 27, turning 28 soon, black female living in London. I am looking for a new roommate who is friendly, clean, loves to have a glass of wine on a Friday night too lol. I also am a cat mum too. But since I haven't been in London for too long, I am very open to making new friends, and hope to find someone with the same mindset as me.

I am very social, but do love my own space too, so I am okay to socialise but do love a balance. I also work from home, so I am usually in my room or working in the living room most of the time.

My current flatmate will be moving out at the end of September, so I am currently in the process of finding someone to take over her tenancy.

It is a 2 bed flat in a luxury new build in Barking. the room is an en-suite room, with a shared living space, kitchen and balcony. The building also has a gym included, as well as a concierge and work space area. So the amenities are really good for the price.

The flat is about 10-15 minutes away from the tube station with amazing links to central London and local shops.

Currently there is parking in the building, but not available as there is a waiting list. So I wouldn't advise having a car, as parking is very limited.

Please note: bills are NOT included, but bills are usually around £200-300 depending on the time of year and usage etc. So ideally, the tenant would need to be making at least £32,000 to meet the criteria.
