Will require a one months security deposit + 1 months rent in advance. Security deposit will be refunded when ending the tenancy upon inspection of room and any deductions due (if any).

This room is located on the 2nd floor of our ground + 2 storeyed - 4 bedroom 4 bathroom new built family home.

It is a spacious double room with a sharing full bathroom on the 2nd floor (shared with one couple occupant on the same floor). Also benefits with a balcony on the floor. We have provided a kettle, microwave, toaster and a fridge and freezer on this floor (in the common area - landing/corridor) for ease of use and to save you time on small things. All appliances are new and well maintained. This is in addition to use of a full kitchen (sharing) located on the ground level.

The estate is 10-15 minutes bus ride away from Barking station (EL1 and EL3 - 24 hours bus service) and also a 10-12 minutes walk away from the new Barking Riverside overground train station. If you drive - central London is a mere 30-40 mins drive away.
