Quiet, bright and private double in Barking

This room is the perfect size for a double! It's my favourite room in the flat - very well lit, large window and has direct access to the balcony. You will also have the guest bathroom all to yourself throughout. You will rarely share as I don't have guests in the flat as often (probably once every 1 or 2 months). The room has a large double cupboard offering plenty of space, double bed with mattress & topper, and a small chest of drawers. It won't come with the duvet or pillows. View is stunning - you can see the Shard from the balcony!

Location:
The flat is located 3 minutes away from Barking station, which is very convenient. Barking has 3 lines (District, Hamm & City and the C2C). The local area is buzzing, but thankfully all the windows and doors are facing the other side of the station and away from the hughstreet.

Preferences:
Looking for professional females. Mon-Fri let to be considered (for a lower price). Length of stay is negotiable - but the maximum would be 1 year for now.
