Looking for a comfortable place to call home? We have a cosy single room available in our family house in Barking. Rent is £550 per month, including all bills (water, electricity, broadband, council tax, etc.). A deposit of £250 (negotiable depending on references) is required. The room is available immediately!

About the Room:
- Single bed with a memory foam mattress and storage underneath.
- If you need extra furnishings, we can discuss it and accommodate your needs!

About the House:
- We’re a friendly, homely Kerala South Indian family of four (mom, dad, two sons aged 18 and 27).
- The house has 1 bathroom and an extra toilet.
- Shared common spaces include a comfy living area, dining room, a modern kitchen, and a lovely garden.
- Parking is available, and we even have two fish tanks for some extra life in the home.
