Cosy en-suite bedroom near barking station

As my current flatmate is moving out with her girlfriend, I'm looking for a flatmate to share the furnished cosy 2-bed en-suite apartment with me!

The apartment is in Momento Barking is a newly built apartment. About 12 minutes walk from Barking station. You can enjoy free gym membership, a private residents lounge, roof terraces, events and other on-site amenities. The apartment is within walking distance of bars, cafes and restaurants and boasts beautiful riverside walks.

The living room and bedroom windows face south-west with views across London (you can even see the London fireworks on New Year's Eve)!

The room is £950 excluding bills and council tax, starting March 1st, and we'll sign a new one-year official contract with the management company together. The bills are around 40-50 per person per month in summer, 70-80 in winter; Council Tax 78 per person per month, according to actual use of the share together; Internet free.
And I prefer to find a female young professional to share the place with. LGBT+friendly :)

A little bit about me:

I'm 33 and work for a sustainable technology company. I work from home in my bedroom during the week and love exploring the city at weekends. My girlfriend visits me sometimes during the week. I love cooking, reading, writing, art exhibitions, stand-up comedy shows, live house music, hiking, etc. And I hope to find someone who enjoys space with me and we can do something together!
