The rent per calendar month is £620. For period of stay that is less or more then a moth it would be calculated pro rata at £20.50 per day. The dates can be adjusted slightly if need to be.

Newly furnished double room in quiet residential area with parks nearby, Greatfields park – 5 min, Mayesbrook Park 15 min walk. The flat is nice and new and there is one flatmate that you share the kitchen and bathroom with. All bills are included in the rent.

The room has kingsize bed, table and chair and wardrobe. There is central heating, double glazed windows and high quality wooden flooring in hall and kitchen. A fully fitted kitchen, large fridge and freezer, washing machine with drier.

Deposit of £200 and rent payment in advance. Private landlord, no agency fees.
