Looking for someone who meets the following requirements for passing referencing:
• Is working full-time (no zero-hours contracts)
• Can meet affordability: 30x your share of rent
• Has a clean credit history (no CCJs/unpaid debts)
• Can provide a positive landlord reference
• Has the right to rent in the UK (passport or share code)
• £28,000 minimum annual income is required for reference checks.
