Hello, my name is Fabrice, and I’m a working professional. I have a fully furnished, well-equipped one-bedroom flat available in Barking, located just 12-15 minutes’ walk from Barking Station and the town centre, with a lot of bus connections, including a night bus (N15) to and from Central London. The flat is also a short 8-minute walk to Asda Superstore and 6 minutes to Lidl supermarket.

The living arrangement is as follows: during the day, the flat will function as a living room and bedroom, with both spaces being more than spacious enough to accommodate both uses comfortably. In the evening, I will be using the living room to sleep, while you will sleep in the bedroom. The goal is to maintain the functionality of both spaces while ensuring a comfortable living environment for both of us.
