Two spacious bedrooms, one double and one master, will become available in a three-bedroom ground floor flat in Barking, Post Code: IG11 0NW, from the 1st of May 2026. The entire flat is currently undergoing complete renovations with fresh paint and laminated flooring. New photographs and a video of the entire flat will become available once the renovations have been completed in April of 2026.

Please note that there is NO living room in the flat. The monthly rent for the double bedroom is £750.00, and for the master bedroom, it is £850.00 inclusive of all bills. A two month's advance rent is required for each bedroom, with no deposit necessary.

As the landlord, I reside in the flat and am seeking two male lodgers, one for each bedroom - NO couples, please. The property is LGBT friendly. Public transport services, the bus stop is a 4 minutes’ walk from the flat. Buses EL1, EL2, and EL3 all go to Barking Station with EL1 offering a 24-hour bus service that also goes to Ilford Station. The journey from Barking Station to the flat is a quick 6 bus stops or less than a 10-minute ride, or a pleasant 25-minute walk.

Alternatively, from the flat to Barking Riverside Station is a 3 bus stops ride via the EL3 bus. Local amenities such as shops, takeaways, Post Office (open seven days a week until 8pm), chemist, and GP Service are all within a 5-minutes’ walk from the flat.
