As a resident landlord I am looking for a respectful, neat and tidy lodger. I'm not OCD, as I would like any prospective lodger to feel at home.

The property is 3 minutes from the 287 and 173 bus stop, 12 minutes to Becontree tube station, 20 minutes to Dagenham Dock C2C rail station, and 25 minutes to Barking Riverside. The road is fairly quiet without residential permit parking.
There are a couple gyms, cinema, bowling alley, an ASDA/ALDI, and a bar all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
