Barking - double room 3 mins walk to station

This double room is situated just a 3 minute walk from Barking Station. With District, Hammersmith and city, Overground and C2C (15mins to Fenchurch Street) this station has great transport links.

The large open plan kitchen, dinning and living space is bright and clean. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is South facing onto a quiet square which the large balcony looks over.

The bedroom contains a double bed, double wardrobe and small chest of draws. As the other room in the flat has an ensuite the main bathroom is almost exclusively used by the tennant of this room.

The block has a concierge and is a safe space a minute walk from the high street and supermarkets.

The current tennant is a young professional. He is clean, polite and very respectful. He is also a very good cook. We are looking for someone who os equally as clean and respectful and who will treat the property as if it was their own. It's why it has a very homely feel already, I was a live in landlord until recently.

Council tax band D but all Bills are included.
