I'm looking for a preferably a single male or female, clean and working professional to take over my rental agreement for a room in a two-bedroom flat until the end of January with the possibility to extend.

Rent for the room is £675 with all bills included- electricity, water, council tax, gas, TV Licence and speedy internet.

Deposit is £800

Flat is located in a quiet and friendly house of flats in Barking, on a quiet street 5 minute walk from the tube station. Flat has access to shared south facing garden.

This is an unfurnished, modern and recently refurbished room, which is part of a flat with a private, luxurious shower and kitchen which will be shared with just one other person.
The room comes unfurnished, although that's negotiable with landlord ( he put in a bed frame, wardrobe and a table for me). Room has an air conditioning.

In order to meet the LET requirement you will need to provide the Landlord

2. Last 3 months’ payslips (Please also include details of your type of employment, e. g., self-employed, full-time, part-time, etc.)
