3. This is a pet friendly home where there is a small friendly hypoallergenic clean dog. Must be okay with dogs as non-negotiable condition.
4. Room is furnished with bed matters, frame, side tables, mirrors, wardrobe.
5. Internet bill included but water and electricity is shared

Building:
1. Brand new built and is 10 minutes walk to Barking Station.
2. Concierge are in the building for parcel delivery and working spaces.
3. Free bike parking.
4. Anytime fitness gym is located in the development.

Your flatmate:
1. 36 years old professional, I work three days a week in the office
